You will lend to the company at guaranteed fixed return over a fixed timeframe. The loan will be repaid in full at the end of the time frame while the interest is paid on a monthly basis.
This is a very low-risk and hands-off investment. Depending on the project, we offer an interest rate between 7-9% p.a. on long-term investments.
The minimum amount for the loan is £10,000 and the term of loan would be from 3 months to 2 years, and can be extended.

The partnership is in the form of Joint Venture (JV) between the investor and Mazoshi Ltd, sharing the equity of each project.
We will oversee the entire project from acquisition to completion and regularly update the investor on the prgress.
At the end of the project, any gain in equity (upon refinance) and rental profits will be shared between the parties on a 50:50 basis.
The minimum investment for the partnership model will depend on the cost of the project.
Projects normally take between 6-10 months depending on the legal, financing, planning and construction. After completion, we manage the furnishing and lettings out the rooms.
Each property is purchased under a new limited company, known as, SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle). All parties are the shareholders of the company who own a share of the property’s freehold.
The investors benefit from both ongoing cash-flow as well as longer term capital growth.
The exit strategy is by mutual agreement at any stage of the project.

We will look after the entire process from sourcing the property, planning permissions, construction and project management.
We can also help you with financing the deal through our finance broker partners or our network of investors.
At the completion, the property is fully owned by you and we can manage the lettings and ongoing maintenance too.
You will need to fund the project along with the finance product or cash. On completion, refinance and utilize the money into the next project and slowly build up the portfolio.
