Development Overview

The site, previously occupied by a detached property, secured outline planning consent for the construction of a residential development comprising seven carefully designed apartments. The scheme delivers a well-balanced mix of one, two, and three-bedroom homes, suited to a variety of lifestyles and buyer requirements.

Following the successful approval of all planning conditions and completion of a competitive tender process, Diamond Construction Ltd was appointed as the principal contractor. Construction works commenced on site in December 2021.
