The property, a large double-fronted house in Surbiton, was divided into two separate family homes: one terraced house and one semi-detached house, each with its own private garden.
Purchased as a probate property in an uninhabitable condition, the project involved a complete strip-out, securing planning permission, and carrying out a full conversion and refurbishment.
Project Development
The original entrance was redesigned to create two separate front doors, allowing each home to have its own independent access. Both lofts were converted, and the entire property was refurbished to a high standard.
The completed development now provides two well-appointed family homes, each offering three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Both properties are let to families under individual single-let AST agreements and generate strong rental income.
