The proposal involves the partial demolition and conversion of the existing property into two separate residential homes: one terraced house and one semi-detached property. The scheme also includes side and rear extensions designed to support the new layout and maximise internal space.
Project Development
The development will deliver the full refurbishment of two newly created three-storey homes, located within the London Borough of Sutton. One property will comprise five bedrooms, while the second will offer six bedrooms.
Both homes are being designed as high-specification, fully licensed HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation), offering predominantly en-suite double bedrooms to meet growing tenant demand for quality accommodation.
Selected rooms will also benefit from private kitchenettes, complemented by spacious communal kitchens, private rear gardens, and garages with rear access. The overall design focuses on combining practical living with a modern, premium standard of accommodation.
