Project Overview

This project involved the full conversion and refurbishment of a two-storey terraced house in the London Borough of Merton. The property originally comprised three bedrooms and one bathroom, with a private garden and rear garage. Formerly a dated family home that had been under the same ownership since 1953, the property has been transformed into a high-end, fully licensed HMO.

Project Development

The completed scheme now provides five en-suite double bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, three additional kitchenettes, and an extended communal kitchen designed to support comfortable shared living. The refurbishment has significantly improved the property’s layout, functionality, and overall standard of accommodation, creating a modern rental home suited to current tenant demand in Merton.
